PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS  AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.    ALL USERS OF THIS SITE AGREE THAT ACCESS TO AND USE OF THIS SITE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS  AND CONDITIONS AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAW.

1.  Returns – Returns will be accepted up to 7 days after customer receives- delivery. To file a return you must contact CTD Direct and request a return authorization. CTD Direct will pick up the items being returned, you will be responsible for having them packaged and ready for pick up. Returned items MUST be in new resalable condition upon a return being issued. Customer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee this amount is in addition to any shipping fees.

2.  Delivery – CTD Direct Deliveries may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks after your order is placed and verified in stock.

3.  Order Cancelations- Orders canceled prior to shipment will not be assessed any fees. Orders cancelled after items have been shipped will be assessed a 25% restocking fee this amount is in addition to any shipping fees.

4.  Typographical Errors – CTD Direct is not responsible for minor errors or misrepresentations of furniture due to typographical errors.  In the event that a CTD Direct product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, CTD Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
