If you are not  satisfied with your purchase you may contact CTD Direct within 7 days of delivery and request a return authorization. NO returns will be accepted without a return authorization or after the 7 day mark.

You are responsible for any return shipping fees.

If you decide to return any item, a 25% restocking fee will apply this amount is in addition to any shipping fees.

A refund will be issued only after the item or items have been received and determined to be in unused and resalable condition.

Items that are not available for return after delivery are clearly marked – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Damaged Items

CTD Direct is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. Product must be inspected for freight damage upon receipt before signing the Bill of Lading of the carrier. All claims must be made directly to the carrier by the customer.
- If your purchase arrives damaged, contact us immediately and DO NOT sign for the delivery. You must contact CTD DIRECT and the shipping company immediately. The shipping company will proceed to replace any damaged item or items and have it shipped back to you.
